Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan celebrated the Graduation Ceremony of the Grade XII Class of 2026 and welcomed the new Grade XI Batch of 2026–2028 on July 6, 2026, at Marigold Banquet, Café & Health Club.
The programme brought together the school leadership, teachers, senior professors and students to celebrate the completion of Grade XII and welcome the students beginning their higher secondary journey at Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan.
Grade XII students Nisan Kami and Pratyusha Khadka hosted the programme and took the audience through each part of the ceremony.
During the graduation segment, Principal Dr. Narottam Prasad Upadhyay presented certificates individually to the graduates who were able to attend. It was a proud moment for the students as they came forward to receive recognition for completing their Grade XII studies.
Addressing the students, Principal Dr. Narottam Prasad Upadhyay spoke about the importance of managing time wisely and encouraged the new Grade XI students to remain disciplined and focused throughout their studies. He also congratulated the graduating students and wished them good luck for their future.
Vice Principal Aarati Upadhyay, Vice Principal Sajesh Chand, English Professor Dr. Romkanta Pokhrel and Nepali Professor Dr. Nyaupane also spoke during the programme. They shared their thoughts and advice with the students, encouraging them to remain focused, responsible and thoughtful as they move forward in their studies and personal lives.
Speaking on behalf of the graduating class, Subash Kunwar shared memories from his time at Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan. He spoke about his experiences at the school, the lessons he had learned and the people who had been part of his journey.
A student from the new Grade XI batch, Suhana Rijal, also addressed the gathering and shared a few words about beginning a new journey at Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan.
The programme also featured singing and dance performances by the current Grade XII students. The performances brought energy and excitement to the celebration and gave the students an opportunity to showcase their talents.
Computer teacher Bikram Maharjan also joined the students for a performance of “Rato Rani Phule Jhai Sanjha Ma, Tirkha Lage Nirmaya”, which became one of the most enjoyable moments of the programme.
For the Class of 2026, the occasion marked the end of an important chapter of school life. For the Grade XI Batch of 2026–2028, it marked the beginning of a new journey at Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan.
After the formal programme, students and teachers gathered for group photographs and dinner. The relaxed ending gave everyone time to talk, take pictures and enjoy the occasion together.
