Admissions

Admissions for the new academic year (2026–27) begin in January. Forms are distributed from January 15th, and the last date for submission is March 15th, 2026. Entrance tests are conducted on March 25th.
SSSS offers merit-based scholarships for academically outstanding students. Please contact the admissions office or visit the admissions page for details on eligibility and the application process.

Academics

Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan offers education from Grade 1 through Grade 12, including Primary (Grades 1–5), Middle School (Grades 6–8), Secondary (Grades 9–10), and Higher Secondary +2 in Science and Management streams (Grades 11–12).
The medium of instruction at SSSS is English for most subjects, with Nepali taught as a compulsory language subject as per the national curriculum.

Transport

Yes, SSSS provides school bus transportation covering multiple routes across Kathmandu. The transport system includes GPS tracking and attendance monitoring for student safety.

Campus Life

SSSS offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including sports (cricket, football, basketball), cultural programs (music, dance, drama), literary activities (debate, quiz, essay writing), and value education sessions.

Boarding

Yes, SSSS has separate boarding facilities for boys and girls. The hostel provides comfortable dormitories, nutritious meals, supervised study hours, and 24/7 staff supervision.
