The Sadan believes that the teacher is a most prized asset. It presently has twenty-three full-time and twenty-one part-time experienced teachers, of whom four are volunteers. Most of our teachers are college graduates, and some hold Masters and Doctorates. They belong to several specialties: language and literature, mathematics and science, social studies, professional education, performing arts, physical and health education, and arts and crafts.
At the Sadan average class size is about 40 students (2021-22). Meaningful efforts are made for close supervision and active interaction between students and teachers. Guidance and counseling are available for each student.
