Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan is a non-profit independent institution operated under a Trust (Sri Shiksha Seva Niji Shaishik Guthi) and managed by a Board of Directors formed according to the law of the land. The school fully abides by the Education Act and Rules and Regulations of Nepal.
The Sadan meets its operating expenses through student contributions. Donations and other incomes are used for quality improvement and capital expenditure. Sathya Sai Shiksha Sadan maintains its books in strict conformity to the law. Its accounts are examined by an auditor appointed in accordance with the Education Rules of Nepal.
